Craig Elder, PhD, is an operations executive with 30+ years of leadership across non-profit management, healthcare, and higher education organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer of BlueSky Global Ministries, he guides strategy, governance, compliance, risk management, capital projects, and growth across U.S. and Kenya operations. He previously developed and grew a hospital-based sports medicine service line, negotiated more than $1 million in sponsorships, and directed medical operations for regional, national, and international sporting events.
His career includes service with U.S. National Governing Bodies of Sport, the United States Olympic Paralympic Committee (USOPC) medical program, universities, hospitals, and community organizations. He has cultivated high-impact partnerships with boards, legal counsel, universities, healthcare organizations, and international stakeholders to expand organizational capacity and mission impact.
